Kingston PC4000 (samsung TCCC chips) and P4 boards DO NOT MIX. They also hate voltage, any higher than 2.85v and they crap out. Worse ram I've ever encountered. Running with dividers makes it worse cuz these chips don't like them.

yep, worst ram ever as far as I can recall.
it still amazes me to this day how bad the kingston 4000 was...

dude I can run the ram at stock voltage 200 mhz usin the divider and still hit the wall at 246 on the fsb. I actually have some 256x2 pc3200 (dunno what brand but micron chips) ram and i took it out because the kingston yeilds higher 1:1, but it still hit the wall at 246 with the other ram

scratch that its 2700 ddr not 3200 so it very well could be that ram

What's the flat absolute best overclocking ram out there im gonna get some and see if it will help ?
