Voltage: 2,6V - 3,0V

Heatspreader: Al / black

For: Intel 875, Intel 865, Nforce2, A64+

PRETESTET: CL2,0-3-3-6 @ 225MHz with 2.75V fault free (dont know the word)

Thats the description in the shop here in germany.

Anyone knows which chips are on these RAM? Could it be BH6?

I believe it's CEON chips. Good RAM , but more economy than performance. as OCZAndy said.

I think i will order a 2x256MB package...i hope they go some higher than 225MHz @ CL2-3-3.
