Buying new system, need help about decisions

If you were me, which one of the next setups you would go for?

A64 3200+ (ClawHammer CG)
Epox EP-8KDA3#
### Radeon X800XT-PE

OR

A64 3500+ (I'll get the newest week out there)
MSI K8N NEO2 Platinum
### Radeon X800PRO VIVO (I think GigaByte's one)

MEM will be EB-3700, if I won't be able to find any i'll go Crucial's Ballistix. PSU will be Enermax 460W, but short after i'll switch to Forton's 530W. HDD will be WD's Caviar SE.

Buy, the 3500+ its more overclockable, and I would take the Asus X800Pro Vivo, the mobo I dont know.

I'd go with the first one, just replace the Epox with the MSI

Get a board with working PCI/AGP locks.

OK so I won't go with that A8V, I'll go for the K8N Neo2 Plat.
