where would be the best place to measure the voltages from my psu? I have measured them w/ everything hooked up and runnin at the atx connnector..is this fine? Also my rails are 12.3/5.3/3.4 and dont fluctuate when they are measured with the dmm but in mbm the 12/5 rails bounce around a lil bit..should i increase the rails or is mbm just inaccurate? Finally, where is the best place to measure my cpu voltage? I cannot do it at the mosfet as some people suggest becauase my heatsinks on them are in the way.

You best measure from a molex under load.
MBM shows different voltages than your mm cause it does not measure from the ATX connector but at some point on the mobo.

Keep in mind that the current from your PSU has passed many components like caps, resistors, vregs, mosfets etc before the measuring is done.

All these components can cause the voltage to fluctuate, also the pcb itself has quit a bit resistance, especially if the traces are long.

On the NF7-S putting sinks on the mosfets helped a little to stabilize, especially at high Vcore, those fets got blistering hot.

does it matter if i measure the voltage from a molex that is plugged into something or an unused one out of the psu
