My CPU is an AMD Athlon 64 3400+ and mobo is a Chaintech ZNF3-250. I am running two Corsair CMX512-3200XLPT 512MB DDR400 XMS3200 memory chips. My video card is an XFX GeForce 6800 GT. I want to overclock my system to it's peak performance, however I don't want to do damage to anything and I feel that if I attempt to do it myself, without the proper information I will damage something. Any help will be much appreciated. Thanks
