***Update***
The case came in on tuesday. This thing is frikin huge! Debating whether to put the prommy on top, watercooling in bottom, or vis-versa. Ive taken pictures and Im looking for the camera cable so I can upload them.
The core parts have been shipped to my mom's lab where I will put the system together.
The Prommy and watercooling should arrive here in no more than 3 hours!

Water cooling on top and prommy underneath. As water flows downwards. But, the gas in the prommy can flow upwards.

The case, being almost 3 feet tall on coasters, is already a little tippy. I assume masterofpuppets knows what hes talking about...i hope...
can anyone verify.
UPS effed up like always and will reship the prommy today. I will configure the core components under aircooling and do some benching with air.

Hmm, I would say to put the pump at the bottom of the case and the radiator at the top, it's the most popular positioning. Prommy always goes underneath, although you could try on top.
