Hi guys.

some a major issue here I really cant figure out! I am not, in any possible way, able to pass 282htt no mater what bios setting and bios I use.. The odd part is that this board use to do 360htt and its driving me friggin nuts cause i´ve tried any bios setting and almost every bios out there using winflash and the old fashion way.. no help.. I´ve testet with another cpu, ram, no pci, 66mhz pci card, win xp and 2k3...

So help is really needed cause I cant figure this on out..

edit: board is a k8nnxp

Have u changed video cards? recently a friend upgraded from Ti4200 to a X800, and his HTT dropped dramatically.

maybe your mobo is overheating somewhere? maybe you need more volts? a mod? also back the HTT to 3x for over 240-250fsb

dont think its overheating ^^ lol I know about the htt ;) (usually need 2x to get over 350HTT --- no need for voltage... dont think there´s any mod needed.. I am almost sure its a bug somewhere..

have you tried clearing cmos then trying again? I remember one time I pushed something too far, but couldnt remember what but my system was unstable. cleared cmos, tried again and fixed that.

DAN:
from one day to another yes.. I´ve got a funny feeling it might be a bios update that messed something up.. :/

geforceti4200:
I´m on dual bios here so that wouldnt do the trick.. even though I tried..

hmm. have you tried flashing both bios'? Meaning flash the main bios, then boot with the backup bios and flash that one too. Could help.

I don't run my K8Npro anymore, but the K8NNXP F12 bios was the best for me.
