well as far as i know there are no pci express 754 mobos out, or any 939 for that matter. you would be waiting a long time to get a pci setup like that

Personally, I'd stick with the 9800 pro until I get around to upgrading my entire rig (mobo/cpu/ram/Video) in one fell swoop and move to PCI-E then.

The pci express dont give any imptovements over the AGP8X right? so the differnce between the AGP and the pcie will be only in the next next gen cards?(the gen after the 6800 ultra and the X800xt)

By the way if ill buy the 6800 ultra do I need to upgrade more things ? maybe the CPU? I want that my pc will utilize the power of the Video Card

Actually, pci express is much improved over agp 8x. It allows about twice the amount of max data throughput. However the current cards still dont seem to have hit the cap on agp 8x yet.

Do PCI-Express cards require a different power supply to current AGP cards?

i think only ati has real pci express interfaces. nvidia is only using an adapter from agp to pci express

or got it nvidia to have a real pci express interface?
