could i use this on my nb?

hello, i bought this alittle while ago http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=3673&item=3491842369&rd=1 and iam wondering what kind of temps i can expect on my nb with a corsair hydrocool cooling the tec? btw i have ic7 max3 and expect about 300mhz fsb and above normal voltage on the nb, I will also using the base of a stock athlon xp hs as the cold plate.... Thanks!

cooling the chipset with a tec would be a overkill to me.

Give your NB more volts...it runs cool enough. Anything more than aircooling is overkill unless you are running 400FSB plus.
