is anybody aircooling pelts for there cpu? i have searched around and know it won’t be as efficient as a water set up but i am limited. if i were to pick up a pelt and a slk900 or some other large copper heatsink with a large fan set on high would it be feasible? any body know what kind of temps i could expect? more trouble then its worth? input please:confused:

Tried it. Cooled the CPU sub-ambient (barely) but put out so much hot air that it saturated the case and motherboard with heat. Don't do it.

I ran the entire fall-winter-spring with one. I used a dryer duct to pipe in cool/cold air. It worked well in cooling the CPU... but it was NOT very convenient.

Swifttech has an entire heatsink/tec setup.
