PSU Suggestion

I am looking around for a good PSU that will support the following configuration

A64 (939) 3500 with 1 GB of Ram
6800 Ultra
2 Raptor 74 GB
8 12 mm Fans at 10W each
3 UV Tubes

I will be using watercooling to cool the 3500, and I also plan to overclock the CPU.

I was planning to get an Antec True Power 550, would this be enough for the system above?

With that system I would get a PC Power & Cooling 510-Deluxe or a Fortron 530-watt

Fortron 530 or get the pc power 510 if you can afford $200

So what should I get if I couldn't find neither the Fortron nor the PC Power. The OCZ is not available locally too.

I was thinking of the Antec True Power 550 or True Control?
