Hey all. Ive just got a mirror green TTGI SF-450. Im kind of disappointed, it didnt help my ocing at all (i thought my 350 was holding me back).

Im a little disappointed in the rails especially. They are not much better then my 350 (some lower), but the rails ARE more stable which is good.
Attached are some pictures of the rails full load. I know these psu's have an internal pot for adjusting the 5v and 12v rails, do you think I should fiddle with that first? Or just cut up the ATX line and do a full out mod? BTW I cant find any mods for this particular (or similar) power supply.

Have you opened it up to see if it has pot(s) in it? I have a few ttgi psus and they had the 5/12v pot in it and I would just do the 3.3v sense wire mod

Agree with Nomjr. If no internal pots are present, then check the psu for sense wires and do the mods that way.

Ok, turns out there was a pot inside, that adjusted 12v and 5v. The new rails are much better :).

Now the only low rail is the 3.3, which I havent read with a multimeter because I dont know how :D . Im not sure what in my system uses 3.3 tho, my mobo uses +5 for memory.

Just finished an additional mod to the TTGI 520watt supply.

Here (http://www.xtremesystems.org/forums/showthread.php?s=&postid=505203#post505203) is what I did if anyone wants more than the factory pot allows.
