Help fast plz anyone

i reinstalled windows and it wont get past the via screen, it reboots and says windows has failed to boot and i click last known configuration and it still wont, safe mode wont work either. I dont know where to go from here my comp was working for about a week ( this is after i got it back from the rma where they replaced my mobo ) any ideas - All bios settings are default and everything is appearing normal, it just WONT boot?

512mb geil pc3200
asus a7v600
sapphire 9200se
audigy 2 zs
temps were 48c cpu / case was same

have you tried re-installing windows?

double check that power supply. many people underestimate the importance of a quality power supply, which usually results in all sorts of problems. gl
