Are these 3500+ nc locked or can you use the lower multi?
also how are these for OCing?

They are unlocked at the lower multipliers. As for overclocking, so far so good. I'm running at 11*230 at 1.550v at the moment on an unmodded board, but I don't think I've topped out yet so we'll see. I haven't seen a lot of 3500+ results out in the world to compare mine to, so I'm not quite sure where I stand. Sandra looks good though, even with my crappy mem timings for an AMD based system.

Mine ran at 2695,1.7v 24/7,bombproof.

mine on a8v unmodded 2.75Ghz, 1.75v, watercooled. RBx block, xtreme2 style rad, 2 fans very low speed. 12V rail drops though at that speed, 95% sure its PSU limited, still looking for a good replacement, tis a antec 550W true control, need more 12v juice. Fortron's just ain't available in teh uk :(
