12v line to low

I friends, after starting to use a atx 450 w psu to feed a 80 w gpu tec, the 12 v line is to low....
I didint conected the pelt to the antec 550 w psu(main psu) ,since it is a lot of thinks hook in it.
Should be dangerous thid low voltage ??
