laptop upgrade!

Right now I have a less than stellar laptop. I have a compaq 2170. It has a 2.0ghz celeron and 256mb of pc2100 ram. I am planning on upgrading the processor, my question is, which processors can I put in here. I am assuming I can put in any mobile celeron or mobile p4 with a 400mhz front side bus, am i right? Are there any other processors I can put in here? I am also planning on putting 512mb of pc3200 ram, if anybody knows where to get some inexpensive notebook memory please tell me.
