Help with PSU mod

I need help to mod my Hiper 420w psu. So I can give my mems 3.6v.. Anyone got a guide or can explain with text and pics how to do it?? I know how to solder and stuff, but I dont know how to do the psu mod.(I will vdimm mod the mb)
