What do i need more of to improve car and Lobby scores?
My dragon and nature are good but car and lobby are slacking.
any ideas?

Boost your memory performance I'd say.... give us some more info on settings...? Hard to guess whats wrong from here but memory speed definately helps car and lobby a lot and not so much in the other 2
the lobby test is pretty much mem (CPU) speed. graphics card speed has very little to do with it. I get the same scores running stock card or overclocked

TruZ:)
From my experience with both Epox and Abit boards combined with AMD CPU's, JC is absolutely right, the Car and Lobby tests are dependendant on system bandwidth ie: high FSB combined with aggressive memory timings more so than high card clocks.
I can tell you that what is going to kill your score no matter what FSB speed you are runng is the Epox board...and I'm not trying to be negative here. I've seen 17 FPS difference between identical setups with the only exception being the Abit KX7-333R or the Epox 8K3A+, in the car and lobby tests.
The best bet with your current setup is to lower your multiplier and try to get to 200Mhz + FSB/Mem and use as aggressive memory timings as your ram will allow. This will make a substantial difference in your car and lobby scores:)
Randi:D
I hear ya MrIcee about the EPoX board.
And mem causing the prob i agree with as my mem is quite old now, tis actualy only cas2.5 :(
I will be getting new mobo, mem and cpu soon as a nice hefty AMD come out 2600 or 2800.
Hopefully i should get mobo and mem first so i should get a nice lil boost.
my xp2000 can do 12.5x160 easy, so with decent mem i break 13 maybe 14 :D
cheers lads for help :)
EDIT:- Any recomendations on a AMD mobo?
Should i wait for nforce2 or get KT400?
Which brand? Abit, EPoX or ASUS?
Tthanks :)

Yes, JCViggen is very right indeed.
In the lobby tests, slowdowns occur because of the large amount of activity on-screen. The largest CPU slowdown occurs during the side shot with the bullets tearing away at the wall.
All 3DMark tests are rendered in real-time. All physics, motion, etc. have to be calculated during each test.
Car and Lobby are very limited to CPU bandwidth as well. This is why P4s devour 3Dmark. Overclocked P4s have high bandwidth and clock frequency.
AMD CPUs will do much better when the motherboard manufacturers allowing higher FSB possibilties. nForce2 is rumored to have independently generated memory bus frequency, which means lockable peripheral frequencies. Hopefully, the chipset will handle 240MHz+ frequency to run synchrounous FSB and Memory bus speeds.
Perhaps there is still room for AMD after all. Think about it ol' AMD faithfuls (MrIcee in particular), 240 * 10 on an AXP. You will outfold a 3.6Ghz+ P4 tenfold. ;)
