Overclocking trouble

OK here's what I did
1. Change multiplier from 12.5 to 6.5
2. Set FSB from 166 to 176
3. Set ram 6/6

Then as soon as I restart it gives a black screen with a beeping sound
What am i doing wrong?

Abit NF7-S rev 2.0
AMD 2800+ barton @ 35 Celcius
GF FX 5800 Ultra
768 MB DDR 400
120 Gb 7200 rpm 8mb

what did the beeps sound like ?

Try to clear cmos... sometimes it does weird things like that.

multi locked?

whats your vcore ? If the multi was locked, it would have tried to boot at 2.2GHz, not too far fetched...
