View Full Version : What could I run OCZ PC3200 EB at stabily?

While still running 2-3-2 at probably 2.8 volts. Oh, and I'd be using a DFI Lanparty Socket 939 (not out yet) and an FX-53, cooled by a vapo ls.

Or should I just spend the extra $50-$60 and get the PC3700?

You wanna run it at 3-2-2, you should get up to like 250mhz at that.

I can do 240mhz 2.5-2-2-5...with 2.8v.

This is with a fan mounted to blow some air on the sticks.
To me it doesn´t help losen up the timings..nor will it help to up the voltage.

Im debatin over the EB and some BH-5, what would make the EB seal the deal?

uhhh.. higher overclocks. If your gonna run under 220 then BH-5 for 2-2-2.

I dont know I think I'll stick with my bh-5 Im getting 255MHz 2-2-2-6 with 3.4V out them prime stable.

Yes one small delta fan. I can't make up my mind I just seen a post with a fella hitting 300MHz+ with some EB 3700:slobber:

Epox 8KRDA+ Corsair 1.1 Twinx now at 260MHz @ 3.5v, C0 stepping 3200+
