Oh I thought they called it NF3 250GB-S939 or something, instead it's just ultra.

Pretty big rip off considering that the actual northbridge chip is identical, just more traces for the S939

I dont think the chipset is the cause for the high price of the board. But when your spending $800 on a CPU to go in it $250 isnt unreasonable for quality.

Now comes the next question is the board is quality? Guess we wont know untill someone chunks down some change on one.
