Hi guys.. i'm still a proud user of this "Old" board, and now i would like to do a vddim mod..
i'm interested in this method..http://downloads.modlabs.net/bios/pic/4th-Method.JPG
but it says its for nfsv2.0..do u know if it works to my version?
and also a question about vtt.. when do we need to raise it and to what values?and also, does this vtt=vref=vddim/2 works for my version?
Thanks in advance:)

No, the Vtt = Vref does not work on most boards it has been tried on.
You can still perform the Vdimm = V I/O mod as I dont think the board layout has changed regardless of revision.
You need to raise the Vtt anytime the Vdimm is above 3v. Vtt should always be 1/2 of the Vdimm after the Vtt mod has been done or stability will be a problem.

sorry for only answering now!
I'm doing the vDimm= V I/O mod today,if i found the system unstable, how can i change the VTT? do u know any working mod for a v1.2? and where i can read the vtt?
if i try the 4th method is it capable of killing the board? or just doesn't work?
thanks a lot,and sorry for so many question :)

Sometimes Vref = Vtt will work. Its simple so give it a shot anyway.
There is a sticky thread (http://www.xtremesystems.org/forums/showthread.php?s=&threadid=28654&perpage=25&pagenumber=1) about this. I would assume the mod will work the same for any version of the board.
This pic shows where you can measure Vtt. Be careful as those pins are small and you dont want to cause a short circuit. These 2 little ICs are right under the dimm slots. Vtt = Vbat
