Server 119

I now have 7 P180 not sent to server 119,are other people getting this.:( :(

EDIT.i also have 3 WU for server 111.:mad: :mad:

i'm getting nothing atm :( just returned to a crapaq P4 machine (compaq) i started folding on & it was forzen, has done only 2 units in 2 wks & having just restarted it, it now looks like this wtf ? what do i need to do reinstall ?

I just sent a wu to server 119. It,s something in your system or connection.

Privateer is correct first try restarting, also double check the Internet connection on that system. 9 out of 10 times if you see the Folding News at bottom of screen instead of working. There is either a server down or you have a connection problem. Most times a reboot will cure this.:)

Hey KMS, on that Compaq, I'm willing to bet it was locked up cause of a heat issue. Compaq doesn't build those things to run at 100% load (hell, they're not even made to handle 50% :()
Try taking the hsf off, thoroughly cleaning all the ???Goop??? that they use off both the processor and hsf, Lap the heat sink with some 200 grit or better sandpaper on a nice flat surface, and then reinstall using some good silver bearing thermal paste. I did that with my last Comcrap I had and managed to drop the temps over 10C :eek: ( and that was at no load)

As far as getting the client to work, If you're just sitting there w/ no work, then definitely try restarting. If you don't have anything in que waiting to be turned in, then go into the F@H directory and delete the core, then reopen the client. It will automatically redownload another one.

Hey Privateer, if that unit just sits there waiting for more work, then leave that one alone, go and download another client in a new directory (text console version) and go into the advanced properties, set it up with a different machine id, and let it perform while the other waits for a connection. I think that will get you through. Once the original client finally submits, delete it.

Its on 2 pc and 1 of them with two unsent, hans't been oc at all,i swapped cables from my router and its still the same.:mad: :mad:
