Very impressive FUGGER! I like your graphics card!

What made you choose and expansion valve, why no capillary tube?

very nice :)

The valve has much higher capacity at lower temps, I can adjust the valve on the fly for colder temps or higher capacity.

With a cap tube it is set and no changing it.

How do you adjust on the fly? This sounds interesting, would it work with a single stage system? Sounds like a good idea.

Nice, I only just noticed, your specs are pretty similar to mine (not the cascade of course), but like, you got the same RAM, processor (cept u have ES) and graphix. BTW, those pics are XTREME!

On the exposed block pic you can see the nut that turns. I can turn it by hand and inward will increase capacity and all the way out is max temp.

Thats awesome! I reckon that I have found something much better than cap tube, what are the disadvantages?

Very nice system, but howcome 2 very similar systems with i think, the same valves have them in counter directions ??

FUGGER

That is the orientation my block requires, it looks backwards but its not. My valve could be installed backwards on accident if you were not paying attention to the direction of flow markings.

I really wish I could have something like that but I cant afford a powerful gaming computer and a bench rig. Maybe I'll have some phasechange up here eventually :)

I had to do a little bit of modding the the LS kit foam, add another piece of foam from a second LS kit due to the fact the Baker is twice as tall as the Vapo block.
Other then that the bugger is tight, S478,S754,S940,S939 ready:D
The out side of the Cam Shell doesn't even get cold enough to sweat.
You can sit around at -80 all day and not see a drip of water:D

Heh Fugger, I've always had the impression that you were one of us who has the mobo sprawled on a table kinda guy, guess I was wrong. Nice and spacious.
Opp, looks good, hows about a pic together with Chilly's Cascade? :) Is this Cascade by PC Ice R404/R1150? I see the K probe lines all over, just like mine :D

Fuggers valve is a parker a2 and Runmc's valve is a singer S2 both are identical in configuration but reversed flow in relation to the head. The parker can be set fron 5 inches of vacume to 60 psi the parker from 5 inches to90 psi they both are also .25 ton to 2 ton.

Is it a thing with the P4C800s and high Vcore? My 3.4EE on the IC7 optimal voltage is 1.9v. Higher it is not as stable. M0 stepping also.

:s I hope that you use this solely for reaching the max (stable/unstable) screenshot of your cpu. because 2.1V on a PIV

or do these newer PIV chips take this voltage for a long time?
(northwood sudden death syndrome always comes to mind, when I see a PIV with such a voltage.)

My highest 3D03 runs were at 4400Mhz with 1.9V.
I can do some 3D01 at 4440 or so with about 1.98V.

LardArse,
This week I'll buy me some Steel L-Bracket and make me a two story cage, I'll throw the Chilly1 GPU cooler on top. Have to conserver space in this little room of mine:D

My plan is to get PC Ice to take my GPU evap and put it on this new cascade. And then I'll try and get him to make a meaner CPU cascade with bigger compressors:D

since i'm planning on building/tuning a phase change system, i'd love to check out ppl's rigs/setups and ask q's in person.
All the socal guys should get together for a lan party or just hang out and talk tech/whatever :toast: .
Or am i alone on this  ; What'd you think? :stick:
