Vapo LS for biggest heatload

Mach II GT for coldest temps up to 200w. might be hard to get one though.

the LS looks really nice as well :D

What cpu/mobo do you suggest so I can get the most out of it?

a 3.2c or a a64 3200+?

well do the a64's go high on super cooling like this?

I know most 3.2c's usually get to 4ghz+ on a setup like the vapo LS

a64s usually get around...oh 2.6 ghz+ AT LEAST on phasechange, which is much faster than a p4 at 4ghz+
