I started a thread ages ago on these, no responses :(

Anyway, does anyone use one, does it have pots inside, i suspect it does. Also, has anyone ever seen a 8 pin to normal 4 pin adaptor. It has no normal p4 style 4 pin atx 2 but a 8 pin only. Its on its own 18amp rail and need a convertor before i could buy one.

Why not just get the 530w ATX one?

just use the 4pin connector from an old psu and solder it to the cables?

it should have pots inside... but im not sure.

You could also depress the little barbs on terminals that catch in the connector and transfer 2 negative and 2 12v lines to a normal 12v 4 pin connector. I've done tons of wire swapping like this on psu's before.

Have you opened it and looked, or have you purchased it yet?

Yes it has pots for 3.3V and 5/12V rails, and fan temp threshold, as well as OVP on 3.3 and 5/12V rails.... 5 pots total.

I wish the Superflower had the 3.3V pot. It is to be used with DFI boards, while the Fortron is used with ABit/Asus because of the need to raise 3.3V rail for Vdimm mods.
