Ok here is what I have right now to attach my system to motherboard:
Baker Evaporator with Baker enclosure, Neoprene Gasgets(bought from Xtreme Tek Werks) to seal the back of Motherboard and to seal around/inside the enclosure, and I have some Neoprene Hose insulation for the suction line. I also Have Dielectric Grease to seal processor and all around neoprene Gasgets. According to Xtreme Tek Werks I have everything I need to sucessfully seal the enclosure to the motherboard and they said it should not make condensation.
I just want to make sure I have everything I need to completely seal the evaporator inside the enclosure and correctly seal it to the motherboard.
If you guys have some suggestions please reply I need all the info I can get!

looks pretty good...i er...i dunno about dielectric grease though, some people have trouble with it

Basicley:
anything that gets cold:get insulation on it.
Make sure theres dielectric greese/vasiline in CPU socket and to seal any air gaps in insulation.
Do that and your good.

What sould you cover with dieletric grese with a -50 system? What sould I use for condensation besides dielectric grese?

I've learned to be Very careful when applying the Dielectrical grease ( Only, the cpu socket pin holes and inside the GPU socket on the Mobo if that's icing up and maybe the Vcard outlet to the monitor ), as it is almost impossible to remove from ... fingers, clothes, Mobos, keyboards and etc., even when using acetone and a good rubbing. :)
Don't put it anywhere you want your seal stick to reallyt stick! ;)

I put it everywhere, its not like I cant afford to waste it, its like 5$ for a tube that can do 5-10mobo/videocards.
I cant afford to lose a mobo or videocard though, I never had a problem with anything diing just by me loading it up with dielectric grease.

I just cover the board, the processor IHS (and bottom of processor too) and the socket under the evaporator with a nice coating of dielectric grease (or vaseline when i cant get grease). Then, completely seal it with seal string. That holds out pretty well.

Oh yeah, don't forget to insulate the back of the board too!

What about seal string? can you use it with Neoprene Gasgets?
