you'll need a PSU with modded 3.3v rail for getting more than 3.2v. There are many threads in the vmods hardware section here on how to mod PSUs.

To know your PSU.
Could use the 5v rail with a high power VR, too.

Sorry, quality is bad.
Beetwen white wires i have resistor on 1kom. BUT nothing not change.
I change many resistors, but nothing not change too.
WHY???

You need to try using a 10K VR.

Variable Resistor.
I also noticed your PSU is a Fortron Source Powersupply (FSP).
You should open it up and see if it has potentiometers (small single turn VR's) that can be adjusted to increase your voltage, as most FSP PSU's do have these.

About 15 minutes I say.

10Kom(VR) i must used instead of 1kom(VR) ?

Yes, my psu has potentiometers. Them even 2.
But if any of them to turn, then the voltage on +12 and +5 raises do big.
And I all the same want to make this voltmod. And 3.7?. for memories I want even more.
You looked a photo?
Like all it is correct, but varies nothing.
On orange I used 10 ohm, and on black 1 kohm.

1k fixed is too high.
The adjustable range is likely in the 500-250 ohm range, so a VR is much better to use.
If you turn the potentiometers inside the PSU very carefully you will be able to adjust the voltages correctly.

I know, I and used the variable resistor on 1 kom. On a control wire 3.3, I used the constant resistor on 10 ohm.
I thought, that they are faulty, but I changed everyones different much. Not change a voltage at me in any way. Both was 3.44, and remained.
Look photos and tell that I not so has made, please.
Already all that is possible has tried, all the same not changed...
And about 10 kom variable you that spoke?

You might only be able to adjust it through the potentiometers inside the PSU.
The picture looks correct, so maybe the way the PSU is wired internally will not allow the modification at the ATX connector to work as we have done it for other PSU's.
