View Full Version : Want more than 250fsb

Cant seem to get more than 250 out of my Oz Gold 3700s at 1:1. Is there anything other than vdimm mod to gain a few more fsb. Have tried relaxed timings 3,4,4,8 @2.85 volts but have not changed any other settings all else on auto. Will more volts gain me more fsb? Anyone have success getting more out of these 3700s. Thanks

yeah man i hear you when i used to run my EL-3700 ocz rev1 in my intel rig i think my max was somthing like 235/240? im not so sure if you will ever get those puppys that high? maybe if you were to volt mod the mb but i would consider lookin at some pc4000/4200 series sticks? it wasnt until i moved up to the pc4000 geil series was i able to reach 260/265 1:1. then i poped some pc4200 ocz performance series and i can run 270 1:1 wich i think its kick arse... i have yet to reach 300 1:1 thats what i would like to reach :D

EB or BH-5 @ 5:4 will smash that score so far into the earth it will reach orbit on the other side

what score? i dont see any scores? i think you need to lay off the crack!

with that ES it's really not OK to run this kind of 1:1 :) There's no score, but he's got a point. Find some decent(low latency ofc) 5:4 ram and go for the max :)

what????? why isnt it ok to run this with an es? i dont understand? *edited* here is a memory score at 255 1:1 using that so called lame memory. nothin wrong with that score bh-5 or not.....

I was thinking about some 4000 in order to get 265. I thought the goal with 875 boards was to ran as high as possible at 1:1 ???

i am runnin at 1:1 i dont like 5:4 or 3:2 all your doing is killing you bandwith at those ratio's. now if you want to go for a max oc or somthing like that great but the best performance lies within the 1:1 atleast in my experiances.
