hmm, think 40.72 is the best driver for ti4200...and maybee the same for the ti4400?

I had a nforce2 mobo before but mobo/cpu was pretty...(wierd performance) so i got some new stuff instead :)

Ok, the master checklist:
Chipset drivers?
Virus?
Right drivers?
No conflicts?

13k with 9700? eew. Your cpu/fsb is probably a huge bottleneck.

Tommy, did you install the drivers in the driver installation order
For Windows XP it goes like this:

Service Pack 1
Chipset Drivers
Video Drivers
Network Drivers
Sound Drivers
Any other drivers

Do you have 8X agp enabled in bios?
Is there anything intensive running in background while 3d mark is running

WHAT? You didn't install Chipset drivers? Chipset drivers are the FIRST thing to install in the system(after the service pack 1 though) otherwise it will not function properly

If you dont install Chipset drivers first, USB 2.0 will be disabled and alot of other things.

Intel directly recomends it too.

Tommy try enabling side band adresing and bench again and make sure nothing cpu itnensive is running in te brackground
