P4C800 Vdimm mod problem

I have done the vdimm mod like on the malves corner, but adjusting the trim i only hit 3.1v

Any ideas of whats going wrong?

What is your 3.3+ reading? If for instance that is 3.25.....you have to mod your PSu for higher volts.
