About a month ago I purchased a new P4 2.4C M0 stepping processor from Newegg that suddenly died after about a two week period. I had been running it at a FSB of 250, so it wasn't a case of being stressed to the max, I think it was a case of it just being tired.
So I RMAed it to Newegg and was hopeful to get another M0 stepping in return, but was instead given a 2.4C - D1 Stepping. Let's just say that I was not to thrilled with the returned item, but what the heck I though I would try it.
So I slapped it into my DFI LanParty PRO875B and installed my Kingston HyperX PC-4300 memory and decided to see how far it would go at 1:1 settings.

I'm not sure if this is the limit or not but for now it's a good place to let it sit and burn-in for a while before moving upward. The temps are great and the voltages are stable other than the slight droop in vcore voltage which I can adjust for.
