O.o nonetheless very nice score. about 10000 more than mine haha. what are your clock speeds at? and what kind of cooling?

Did you do the futuremark patch? Are you using the beta 4.5 or the released 4.5? Is cryptographic service running? Nice score!!

LardArse

oh so I must have cryptographic service running?

yes sir. See the description below. GL, you have a monster EE. I'm very jealous, take down some scores!

now that you've run the video card benchmark, how bout a system benchmark like '01?

Lemme get some sleep first and let the condensation on the card dry up. I just got this card, and I want to be in the WHQL list first :)

P4EE @ 325 x 14 - 4.55 1.83v
X800 Pro @ 766/637 1.74VGPU/2.09VDD

Those are some killer clocks.
The 14k sounds like an FM approved official score for those clocks, you need to try get that sucker installed right and make it official.

Nice job.

Give er more volts! Great job! Break 800 - that would be like the world record for a GPU clock for sure.

sorry I cant help you with WHQL but I can suggest maybe run everything stock and see if you get an approved score, when it works, then run overclocked. This is just a time saving tip. sick score by the way, wonder what itll do in 2001 ;)

LardArse
05-22-2004, 10:46 PM
Yes, WHQLed at last! :D

Damn card gets way too cold too fast, keep running into condensation problems. This pic is with the card benching:

The frost is ok, but the droplets are giving me problems

Nice work, I knew it would be up soon. Cards run extremely cool..... Time for 01? Can run aquamark3, I'm interested in what you can get there.

LardArse

I'll do that, this card will be passed on in a few days time, so I didn't really do a very thorough condensation proofing job. Now, I can only bench until the card gets "flooded" and then I'll have to stop and dry, kinda crappy.

I've only had two 1 hour sessions..... condensation builds too quickly. I can only imagine on your cascade.....

GL with the other tests, you should be able to take the number one spot in aquamark3.

ditto, glad to see you figured the whql problem, how did you resolve this? also wed like to see 2001 and even aquamark scores. expecially intetesting to see how your p4ee does in 2001

Thx. Been trying to get a better run all day but the card gets flooded with condensation very quickly. The card runs extremely cool even though I've upped the VGPU. Main thing is that the rams run cool unlike the previous cards. Think i'll need to improve on condensation proofing. 1.79v got me through 775Mhz until Troll's lair and then condensation turned the whole screen garbage.

LardArse: amazing clock's :) maybe you can try to add some heaters to insulation to help fight against condensation

Tom Holck

I ended op doing this to my old 9800xt with Cascadecooling:

No condensation ;)

Btw where did you find the memvoltmod?

do you put your hardware in the over for a while and everything is fine when its dry macci ? 45-55c oven temps ?

im asking because i found a dryice supplier 10 minutes away and plan to build a dice container when i get my liscense back next week ! :D

Tom Holck - Holy mother of insulation ! you made a super dome for your gpu !

LardArse, what did you do to get WHQL?
Downloaded another driver? If so which one?

Btw Macci... that's the sickest graphics card I've ever seen :D :slobber:  rofl

congrats man thats an aweome score, you really overclocked the hell out of ur system, amazing :slobber: are u gonna insulate better and try for a slightly higher score? (altho at 14.1k on the pro i dont think u have to :D )

LardArse
05-24-2004, 08:46 AM
I simply reinstalled the OS and drivers.
Well rubbed on more grease around perimeter of rams and stopped all airflow over the card, lasted me near an hour before it strikes again :p:
14250 now, VGPU @ 1.79v, 779/637. Evap is -98C while benching

http://service.futuremark.com/compare?2k3=2564601

macci, I love the way you "insulate" :D Wish I could "insulate" like that :) Did you bench that EE at a very safe speed though, I would've thought it would run much higher with LN2.

Is it just me or does the X800 not scale too well with the increased clocks in 2k3?

Djuice
05-24-2004, 09:22 AM
nice stuff, which i had the money... anywayz hoping for more great score from you ;)

Mini
05-24-2004, 10:02 AM
Darn thats nice...

And reason it doesnt scale is that its system limited... Hehe... Thats what macci found out... But i hope to see Tom Holck with a X800XT soon :D

Should shorten the CPU limitation... Hehe...

The scaling is amazing with the 16 pipe card ;).

Great scores from the Pro though.

Well first run with 2001 DX 9.0b (Same partition)
33811.

http://service.futuremark.com/compare?2k1=7858353

The CPU can manage ~ 50 Mhz more. Last 2 car tests, the card was drenched again and was badly artifacted......
It takes quite a while for the artifacts to go away, few hours, think its water beneath the ram chips or somewhere.... :(

Nice score, seems that the P4EE is not cutting it though, check lobby scores against Jason.

Are you thinking of going AMD for 2001 ?

Very nice scores all of those are, ive been trying to catch you all up but without doing any crazy stuff to my card its impossible. I make 9th place (for now) on the 'All Drivers' list but the 4.5 betas arent futuremark approved :/

Any pointers you lot could give me for improving score would be appreciated :)

Just installed the futuremark approved drivers and my score dropped 1000 points, gutted :(
