Woah.. is this true or typo?

I'm half tempted to buy one, at $187 can't be that bad of a deal if it does have 1mb L2 cache.

Oh    , hellllllo!!!

The voltage is WRONG however. It should be 1.4v (62w) Everything else is correct, however.

There are 1.2v (35w) 512kb cache that were just announced, coming in the near future...

Here's the White Papers on A64 processors;

People have been having post issues with the DTR, however, so be careful. These ones will probably be no different.

probably isn't a typo since the clock is also different.

1.8 ghz 512kb cache = 1.6 ghz 1mb cache... sounds about right to me :toast:

Sweet! Hopefully it'll work in the K8N-pro :D

1.6ghz? Is that an 8 multi? That is pretty low right there. If only these damn things were completely unlocked:toast:

You know they have the 3000+ and 3200+ models as well?

NewEgg updated their listings after I     :banana:ed at them. It says 1.4v now.

Man I am dying to know if any one has tested one of the mobile chips? Good luck any one who purchases one!

They should work the same as the DTRs, which alot of people have tested. Half-locked, from what I know.

Pretty sure NewEgg posted those yesterday so I seriously doubt anyone has tested these. Same principle as the XP mobiles though. Might be awhile before the 1.2v ones come out...

What does half-locked mean?

Means lower multis are unlocked, above are not.

An 8 multi just seems to low. getting 250 fsb only gives you 2.4, so to get realy high clocks you would probably need to use the 5:4 divider.

8x250 is 2ghz

So ANYONE got this yet?????

come on!!! lol

10 is the lowest multi I would realy go with. 10*250 is alright, still I would prefer 11, but I guess there is a pretty big price difference. If only they were unlocked.

I thinking I might get a 3200 newcastle when newegg gets them in stock.
