I am getting my Mushkin PC3200 Special soon, and later I will buy the upcoming Athlon64 to socket 939.

I am total new in the overclocking and what some information/help.

With the Mushkin I have to raise the voltage, but can Mushkin see that I have raised the voltages?

At oc the CPU, how mush should the FSB be raised at each time to secure that nothing failes/burns?
What program should I use to check the stabiliti of the system?

You should look at some of the stickies at the top of the section in order to learn the basics. However, you change the voltage in the BIOS and yes, the mushkin will recognize that this has happened. For stability you can use prime95, it is good to check, but dont base everything on that. Alot of people have there CPU stable in everything for hours and it still fails in prime. However prime95 is a good thing to check for stability for the most part, especially when you are new to overclocking. You will also need to check how stable your RAM is, for this you should use memtest.
Good Luck!
overclocking isnt that hard to get into as long as you research! However if you dont know what you are doing that is when problems occur. That is why you always research and ask questions if you are not sure.
Welcome to Xtreme! and dont be afraid to ask questions, that is we all learned to.

What will happen if I give my Mushkin 3V or 3,2V and then there goes some time and they do not work, is that lost money or can I use RMA?

You voided your warranty, but they can't tell.

Depends what you think.

you can use RMA but you will probably get your money back. If you know it was the voltage/heat that killed it, please dont.

What voltage will you max have on these RAM so the I do not risk that the heat/voltage kills them.

I would say 3.4v is the max 24/7.

ive been using 3.2 for a few months now with no probs. See no problem with 3.4 for 24/7 as long as you have some decent airflow in the case.

And how good is your airflow?

Well u should have 1*120mm or 2*80 exhaust and maybee 1*80mm intake. Thats pretty good airflow.

U can also use a fan u mount on the agp/pci slot bracket“s which blows air down on the mobo/mem etc which is very nice :D

Maby I will later get the Coolermaster Stacker with 2*120mm intake in the front, 1*120 and 1*80mm exhaust back and 1*80mm exhaust at the top.
I willl probaly set the fans at 6-7V maby more depending on the noise from the fans.

Will that give the right airflow to 3,2V?

Yes! I only have 2x120mm fans at 7v and its running perfect :)
