Hi, I have the Lanparty B mobo and I want to buy a Mach1, anyone has this combo running ? I'm asking because I just saw there's not much space around the cpu socket.

BTW what do you think of 425euro inc. shipping for a mach1 unit inc. sealstring and xp-kit ?

I had one on my Infinity before the MachI died and it fits fine. Its a tight fit but since its the same board I wouldn't see why yours wouldn't.

Why did it die and don't you repair it ?

My Tbred did 2,6ghz on good water, what you think it'll do under prommy (r134a/r507)

Is that with a chilled water or on plain water?

You might be able to get to somewhere in the 2.85~ 2.95ghz range stable.. with your DFI board. :)

Me too!! :D

I'm getting a Mach 1 with 2 CPU kits for 275€ brought home to me. :D (It has a minor fault though.)

I can't wait. :)

Fits. No probs. All proms are the same... btw. downwards-compatible ;)

You just have to keep an eye on the screw/standoff the most upper left side... Leave the standoff out, otherwise you could not fit the backplate there. It's in the way. And try to not bend the hose too much as the mach1 are really weak directly at the head's joint and they easily break because of the mis-seated socket on the LP/Infinicky... The mach2's hose is much more flexible though.

sai, I wish you best luck with it. You'll enjoy it, sorry I could not give you mine. Hope it gets repaired soon enough for me.

Hm you mean because of the resistors around the upper left mounting hole ? I already noticed them .. shame on you DFI ! Hm why should I bend it more then needed or do you mean because of the 90° degrees rotated cpu socket ?

No. I did not mean the resistors but the standoff you screw into the mobo tray. That's the one to let off. Cause the backplate of the prom would not be aligned well according to the upper mobo bracket of the prom...

The hose should be bend as less as possible. The socket position on dfi boards is definately worse than on abits nf-7! That's why I said not to bend the hose too much (socket is moved more to the right... and there's a slight twist in the hose when attaching it to the cpu.

Be careful then

No. It does not break immediately then, but over time (like for me ;) )... you would first notice a drop in evap temps, then later off it would suddenly rise dramatically and fall again. (for me it was a process of 2 or 3 weeks - the leaking I mean)
Then you definately know what's going on. 'Just be careful and you don't have to bother with these problems' IS what I wanted to say :D

Just be careful... so that nothing can break your happiness with it ;)

Ah then I'm satisified ... takes 3 weeks that's ok :p:
