I've got realy impressive BH-5 modules
These are Kingston KHX3200/256 made in USA 2.6v modules.
They do 240MHz 2/2/2 @2.7v.

I maxed out to 280MHz 2/2/2@3.4v, can't make a screen cause my shuttle AN50R 1.3 can't do 275MHz and higher HTT anymore. (crappy board) :(

3.25v :slobber:

270x9 gives me the same bandwith as 270x9.5. Strange MP's the 0.5 steps...

That's incredible BH-5. 240mhz at only 2.7v? Wish I could find some like that.

From a guy that sold used Kingston PC3200, he was not a overclocker so he didnt knew that they are with BH-5. bought them for $80,- (2x256)

Those chips are not relabled kingston but labled with Winbond xxxWF. Think better ones :)

cool, i just received a stick of the same stuff, but mine is rated at 2.5v!

it has 316 chips, my twinmos bh5 has 312 chips and they do 255 with 3.2v

r u sure your mobo isnt overvolting? 240 with 2.7v is really low

i dont know what the difference is between 2.5v rated modules en 2.6v...maybe its the quality of the chips, but mine is doing awesome :)

these voltages are probed from the motherboard. Because my shuttle is voltmodded, I only change the pots.

Well thats a single stick though so its not surprising, yet still higher than the normal...can you get that with two?

this is not single/dualchannel on a intel.

Same result with 2 modules, cause this mobo can't swith from MP when change Ration in the bios with 2 modules. With one no problem.
267MHz 2/2/2 @3.2v:)
