Adding caps from an old mobo?

Hey guys,
I have 2 NF7s here, and one of them is dead :(
I wanted to know 2 things.
1. Is it possible to add the bad one's caps for a better stability under stress (high OC)?

2. Will it help me getting a higher FSB or MHZ?
