OK. I did this mod last weekend but am still not having much luck OC'ing. I get a reading on the MM and set the VR to 28K. according to "The Stilt" I should be able to SEE a change in HW monitor of the bios when I adjust. Is this true? I am able to get a reading and adjust, but the voltages do not change in the bios while I adjust.
Are they supposed to change? If I wasn't making proper contact to the board, would I even get a reading? Thanks in advance.

I'm having issue with my mod. MBM is reporting the same fluctuation before and after the mod. I also set the pot to 28K as everyone is pointing out. But! It's not working!!!!!
I don't know if it will help, I did two vcore mods on two asus p4c800 and each worked different. For example one when I set in bios 1.525 the motherboard monitor read it as 1.625, the other vcore mod overvolt by .02 but never drooped by what was set in bios. There is still little fluctuation when it is in load and idle but it is so small that it is not worth mentioning. If you want to check if you vcore mod works set it in bios to 1.6v it pretty usuall for this kind of board that without vcore mod the reading would be 1.696 idle and 1.584--1.6 under load. the Idle is the only important one because after performing vcore mod it doesn't overvolt that much anymore

When I did My Droop Mod, I Connected a set of twisted pair wires from an old Computer Reset that had the plug at the end,so I could install/uninstall the Droop Mod to check the difference.
I can even change values of resistance "On the Fly"!
It does vary from Mobo to Mobo on the Results you Get.;)
