I must admit i´m pleasently surprised with my Mushkin special 2-2-2.
So far i´ve been able to rund 3DM and superpi at 240fsb 1:1 at default max of 2.8v on my K8V deluxe.
Pretty fantastic! - just a shame that i need one gig of ram instead:mad:

Very nice! My 2x256mb sticks took 3.1v to get that high. Are you running a 512mb stick?

Your ram is NOT running at 2.8v.

Selecting 2.8v in BIOS on Asus K8V Dlx gives 2.97v real.

#4 yeah i´ve heard about k8v overvolting - but that´s just nice!
yes it´s 2x256mb i also need one gig so I think i´ll look for som ocz EB ´cause i have no idea how high mushkin 2-2-2 2x512mb will take me - looking for 240-250 1:1 action

If it's 2,95-3v real they are about as good as 3 of my 4 TwinMOS BH-5 sticks, they will bench Super PI, Pifast etc (haven't tried 3DMark) at 250 2-2-2-x with 3,1v on my NF7. Nice for those BH-6 sticks. :)

Vil du selge dem billig kan du kontakte meg. :D

Not necessary man.

What if this is the first time he has hit 240+ fsb. It may be a big deal to him ya know.

I remember the first time I hit over 220 fsb....I was a happy camper...now I laff at that.

its 2.97, which is practically 3 whole volts on the ram. my old BH5 did the same.

My best stick of BH5 (Twinmos) does 243 2.5-2-2 @ 2.9v in my shuttle. Second is 236Mhz @ 2.9v. also ive got two that can only do 224Mhz on 2.9v .. not to good. Good enough for my gaming rig tho..

Even if your mobo is overvolting, 240 @ 2.95 is nice. Many BH5 needs 3.1+ to do that.

I know that 240 1:1 is not extreme in here;-) but since the main focus has been on the "old" bh-5 chips. I think that this shows that these bh-6 isn´t that bad at all;-)
Maybe i should try a vmod of the vdimm before i change to 1 gig - just to see how these babies runs with more voltage!

If you do a Vdimm modd then tell how it turns out... I might be interested...

(Jeg har et par BH-5 liggende derhjemme(De burde komme idag) så hvis de ikke rammer 25X ved 2-2-2-5/6 så kunne det da have interesse med dem der ;o) )
