They seem a bit high, but need more info to be sure.
How large is your heater core, and do you have the fan mounted on a shroud?
Have you remounted the block? This is the most likly problem.

I've never used a RBX, but pH (wb tester @ Pro Cooling) found the RBX to be a difficult block to mount with any consistency.
3 barbed blocks often are harder to mount. And the narrowness of the RBX makes this worse from what pH said in his review of the RBX block.

Stop worrying about what your temps say, it is just a relative measurement. Besides the Soyo KT400 series board reads on-die temps, it is more accurate then a socket mounted reading, and would indicate higher temps. This could account for 2-10 degree difference, depending on your board. typical is about 8C.

Try using another nozzel. Nozzel #5 may be too restrictive for your system. Try #2 if #1 wasn't working well enough for you.

With a L30 pump & from what I've read of the jets for the RBX, I'd go with the #4 jet next. Should help some.
