Sideband Addressing

After the reformat I cant seem to enable SideBand Addressing with my 9800 pro. I installed the chipset drivers, directx 9, and then video card drivers but it still say its supported(disabled) with 3dmark03. I cant figure out what I have done wrong...

Heres my setup:
AMD 2500+ @ 2.5 ghz (227x11)
Abit NF7-S v2
Mushkin 3200 Dual Enhanced "222 Special" (2-2-2-11 Timings)
Sapphire 9800 PRO
Maxtor Diamond 9 7200 8 meg cache
Xaser II 5000C Case

if it works fine does it matter?? i mean if it causes crashing in your favorite game your playing then get rid of it but if its working great whys it matter?

yeah, it is causing crashes.

It wasnt on with my p4c800e-d, but its on with the max3. The max3 board has never been stable for me.
