need help to find vmod

now i got the 700duron and right now i drive it at 1085mhz 2.06vcore but the multiplier is locked so im gonna unlock it to the weekend, now i need a vcore vmod to myc nf7/-s r2.0 to go over 2.3vcore, anyone knows one?
