Btw. THX to Mr. Murderbox for his fabulous (by accident?) idea of sleeving every little ATX-cable. I guess it will destroy some systems on this planet if not done correctly
Looks really nicce... but what size Sleeving and Shrink Wrap do you use??

it does doesn't it!!
it's (temp probe + fan speed control) x 4.
i have them monitor the temp of the air intake on the rad, temp on the HDDs, temp of the casing of my PSU (Enermax 620W) and air going out at the back of the case, which is a silverstone FN121.
controlling fan speed of the 3 fans on the PA and the one in front of the HDDs in the bottom compartment. it feels to me that the 3 low speed yates and the FN121 are doing a very good job on moving air in and out.

Just wanted to share the other side (the right) of the case with you too. Twisted PSU-Bracket makes it possible to place two SmartDrives on some very wobbly stuff to eliminate any vibrations. But still the seek noise of the Raptor150 is audible, I expected a better sound-performance than the Silentmaxx-HD-Silencer - but that is not really noticable.
Anyways ... to keep everything as clean as possible, some of the PSU-Cables were modified because mostly they were way too long or had a mixture of SATA and 4-pin Molex connectors on them (Enermax Liberty).

Hi guys :)
The sleeving is bloody hand-made as peebee said, it took me ~5 minutes per cable (it is a hassle with the little ATX, ATX12V and PCI-E pins). I had a quantity of photos a few pages before - I think on page 260.
These are harddrives on the orange sponges - with zero vibration transfered to the case. I have cut them to thin stripes after this photojob, to provide a better airflow through them, it just resulted in a 1°C advantage.

If you heard a popping sound, it mean that a capacitor exploded. Look around the cpu area to see if you noticed a capacitor without the metal top. The P5K is known to do this sometime when you push the board a bit.

One thing i'd do is make sure the bios chip is in the motherboard completely.
I've heard that sometimes if your overclocking and you clock your cpu really high then the comp will just turn off and the mobo won't post. But then they find later that the bios chip came out, so they push on it until it clicks in. Then the mobo will post
Not sure if thats the problem, but it's worth a try :)

Yeah I am planning on getting two MCR220's and seeing if they can fit inside the case with room for a second loop. I had read about a few other people using two MCR320's and still getting 60C load temps with the Q6600 @ 3.6, but I guess it is more dependent on the contact with the IHS? When I get the two MCR220's I am going to lap the CPU and see if it'll perform better.

2 120.3 on 1 cpu only at 3.6. if its a G0 your not even denting the cooling capacity of those rads and your just further restricting the flow. u have room for at least 2 loops there with the rads mounted in the same places.

cant remember exactly what they are called but it could be a tube going up to the top of the case with one of those tap mounted things on top of the case for filling the loop... because the last pictures of the murderbox showed us it doesnt have a res...

I totally agree with you. The rig is just a beauty and it performs good enough for a little clock.
and there are some people who don't want to spend alot on buying WC. If I check my bank account I'll see that 80% is spent on WC goodness and 20% on hardware.
And 100%+ on alcoholics ;)

I never bothered to take pictures of my blocks, sorry to disappoint ya all. They're really ugly on the outside and the inside anyways :P
I also am aware that the tubes have green stuff on them. This is not algae. This is what happened after the minerals from the tap water I used the first time collected on the tubes, then the zinc on the screws that I didn't mean to have touching the water corroded and turned everything pink, then I cleaned it with lysol toilet bowl cleaner which is BLUE so it turned green :D

Hey thanks guys!!
It means alot since its my first build.
Yeh I'll have some for you tomorrow its late I gotta go work tomorrow haha :D
Its a tight fit, but if you route the tubing well and cables, you can fit the rad, pump and HDD cage in the bottom compartment.
I found the possible airflow restriction to not have any effect on my temperatures.
