How does this setup look? It isn't my case but just one that I found online as an example. The blue is the water. And NO the tubing will NOT be that large lol.
I know that the radiator inlet and outlet will be nest to each other I just couldn't draw the outlet behind it.
The pump will be in my 5.25 bay and the radiator will be mounted on the outside with the bezel's taken out and a tornado blowing through it.
The reservoir is about 1ft by 1ft and will be mounted on top of the case.
How does this look?
Keep in mind this is a VERY crude drawing.

Most people put the radiator lower on the face of the case. Is the case large enough for the res to sit inside?

no, the res. cannot fit inside.
Why should the radiator be lower? I was going to have it in my empty 5.25 inch bays so that air could blow through it easily.
Also, should I have the pump between the res. and the cpu? I think how I have it would be a problem. Should I have 2 pumps?

why two pump? What is the model you plan on using? WB? Rad? Res? List your components and you might get some help. In any case, unless you have access to cheap small (weak) pump, you shouldn't use two, instead use only one of good quality. Placement of the pump in respect to other components (order) has a really small impact on overall performance, so place them so that it fit as nicely as possible (performance wise - ie no kink/no elbow/etc)

^^ exactly what he said, organize the pieces to where you can use the shortest amount of tubing possible with the fewest kinks or 90 degree elbows

well then I won't use 2 pumps....
It was just kinda a weird thought lol.

VERY weird ;)
Two pumps is very good idea if you can get hold of two exactly the same ones and bith being reasonable performers (Hydor L20, Eheim1048).
Two different ones make a difficult balancing act since you don't want to have the weaker one acting as lfow restriction, do you?
Layou wise, why not organize the whole thing at the back of your case (outisde) to keep 'frontage' nice clean and crisp?

Why such a big res????,
and i would put my rad over @ the intake of the case (cooler air) this way you should blow hot(more hot then room temp i mean) through your rad....
And BTW if you place it on the outtake, i'd put it in the back cos RADS are ugly(in my opinion) and pls give us some more info about what you're planning too buy(i'd like to know)
