Whats good on an MX440?

Well right now im just shy of 8500. 9000 is my goal, but thats a ways off. So do you guys think this is a good score for a regular MX440(no 8x, 64mb, not golden, just picked up at any old computer store)

well normally i bench at 340/540 but it has been able to get through once in a while at 340/545
