Mach 2 contact troubles

Hi there I've a mach 2 GT and a abit NFS-7 S board and I can't manage to get good contact on the cpu.Any advice my cpu temp in the bios is 10.5c

Have you unmounted to see if the thermal paste is showing that there has been contact? How much seal string have you got on the evaperator head?too much will hold the evap off giving poor contact.
Also you can file down the plastic mobo mounting kit to get better contact.

Im pretty sure NFS-7S bios doesn't report -ve temps properly

I've sorted out the contact issue.. now at 3.1Ghz :eek:
