mach1 dual evap or 2nd cooler?

would it be possible to regas (r404a/507) and add a second evap to my mach1? what would that cost? or would it be better to build a second cooling unit?

here is my needs:
1 a64 3200+ @2800 9x311 1.85v
9800xt @ ???
both are needed to be at or around 0 f loaded

is the first option be doable? could willing parties please pm quotes?
