Today I have a problem with my vapo normally the temps are at -20 load with 480/380 for gaming, all off sudden the temps were dropping from -20 to 13'c, When the temps where going down the compressor seem to switch off and switch on

is the compressor itself turning on and off, or are you just hearing the condensor fan speed up and slow down as it hits zero?
Do you have a multi meter you can use on the top two electrical connectors on the top of the pump to see if the voltage is turning on and off??
I would suspect if it was constantly turning on and off, that it would hot lock and error out on the chill display.
..and how do you have it wired? thru the regular wire harness then into the MB like the Vapos came...or do you have a custom wireing job done?

i haven't touched the wiring on the electrical connectors, the vapo is connected to a separate PSU
the rad is dust free, the temps are now -7 and dropping very slow
when i start the vapo now with no load at all the temps reachup to -14, but before this problem the temps used to get to -36

It sounds like the sensor in the cooling head might be going wack. When they do, they seem to slowly lose temp, or not be able to acheave normal temps and gets worse over a couple weeks or days.
I see you post on aseteks forums, follow the links at the top of their forums to the web shop page and order up a couple spares. If it`s still within warranty, then fill out a support form, they may send a replacment or two for free.

do you have any cathode lighting or anything that would use a similiar inverter in your case? they have been known to screw up the temp sensor's ability to read correctly. If you have any case lighting, try unplugging it. Also, if the sides of the case are off, you might be getting interference from other electrical appliances.
another possibility - inconsistent power from the power outlet. get a voltage meter and check your outlet readings. I had a bad breaker in my house and every time my home a/c unit kicked on it would undervolt the socket my vapo was on.
you are running the vapo on a separate PSU -- do you have any type of load on the 5 volt rail on that power supply? try hooking a fan to the 5v rail and see if that helps any.

Vapo units are prone to have a weak PCB fan controller/power regulator, I ended replacing mine , cutting out the transistors the the fans, and running it from a vantec fan controller.
