Ok, im getting my new a64 tomarrow and have an old AC lying around. You know what that means...COLD PHASE CHANGE ACTION!!:banana: :banana: :banana:

This is what i think i need:
Capillary tubing
Gauges
Evaporator(baker block)
Insulation

Is that all i need? Or do i need other stuff?

gas? brazeing gear? suitable thermometers? but you have the main things covered i think :) good luck mate.

also you will probably need the even mor obvious things like drier (unless you use the one out of the old system) and you will need the valves for filling it (forgoten the name) and posibly some more copper tubeing, and if it isnt supplied with the block you will need a flexible tube to use as a suction line aswell. im sure someone else will pop along and see if theres anythign i have missed or you have missed.
